The Buick Knuckle is a vital component in the complex construction of an automobile, and it carries a number of key functions and uses.
Its main function is to transfer and carry the loads of the front of the car, while supporting and driving the front wheels around the main pins, thus realizing the steering of the car. It is designed and manufactured with extremely high precision to ensure the coaxiality of the main pin hole as well as the perpendicularity between the main pin hole and the inner end face, which is crucial for the precision and flexibility of automobile aluminum forgings. Even a small deviation may affect the handling performance and driving stability of the car. Secondly, these forged auto parts, while ensuring strength, also need to have good toughness to cope with a variety of sudden shocks and vibrations, reducing the risk of damage caused by stress concentration.
